Phlebotomist•Laboratory Contract:
13 weeks with possible extensionPrimary Shift:
8:00am-4:30pm M-F Monday to Thursday at the Sudbury location, and Friday at the main campus- Concord location.

Concord, MA Key Responsibilities:
Perform blood donor screening, qualification, and phlebotomy in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. Collect whole blood and apheresis donations using aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of donor information, blood collection data, and related procedures. Provide excellent donor care and ensure a positive donation experience through effective communication and professionalism. Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot blood collection equipment. Follow all infection control, biohazard, and quality assurance procedures. Support donor collection at mobile blood drives as needed (transportation provided). Collaborate with other team members to ensure safe and efficient workflow within the Blood Donor Center.Requirements:
Phlebotomy Certification- Required Inpatient hospital phlebotomy experience
- Required Epic EMR experience
- Required Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
Pay:
$1,200.00- $1,300.
