Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Pediatric Phlebotomist to join our Primary Care Pediatric Office. We are a busy 4-physician, 1-nurse practitioner outpatient practice requiring a skilled phlebotomist for blood draws during routine check-ups and certain sick visits. This position is ideal for someone who brings a positive attitude , is a proactive self-starter , and thrives in a fast-paced environment . Candidates should be f lexible team players willing to assist across multiple functions. Should expect to perform medical assisting functions as needed.
Schedule:
Full Time, 5 days/week, 40 hours week). 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Up to 4 seasonal vaccination clinics per year, 8:30a-3p on Saturday or Sunday.Qualifications:
Required:
Phlebotomy Certification Prior experience with pediatric venipuncture High School Diploma or equivalent Will be required to obtain CPR (BLS) Certification after hiringPreferred:

Performing phlebotomy on patients ranging from newborns to young adults Administering vaccines Additional responsibilities may include: Preparing exam rooms, including stocking of equipment and supplies. Stocking of laboratory. Monitoring sharps containers. Support clinical staff by escorting patients to exam rooms, taking and documenting vital signs, performing diagnostic testing (e.g., urinalysis, point-of-care testing). Cross-training to support front desk functions, including Patient check-in and check-out, Appointment scheduling, Routing medical questions to clinical staff Employees who work 24 hours or more a week areBenefit Eligible Health Insurance:
90% of premium paid by CRMA for fulltime staff, prorated for part-time. 17 vacation/sick days/yr in addition. Prorated for part-time. Dental, Vision, and Life available. 401k 4% contribution byCRMA FSA/HSA
