Job Description
Overview As a small private practice medical clinic, we will be able to provide flexibility. If you have special scheduling requests (i.e. no Fridays, no early mornings, etc) please let us know. We may be able to work something out! Additionally, there is opportunity to grow with this practice. This role involves providing exceptional patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Candidates who can provide strong professional references are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical histories and documenting vital signs Prepare examination rooms and assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures Support medical administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing EHR systems Provide patient service by answering questions, explaining procedures, and offering compassionate support throughout the patient visit Greeting patients, processing paperwork, verifying insurance. Calling patients back with non-clinical information. Experience Please be able to provide professional or personal references. This role is flexible and dynamic.
