Ensure accuracy by verifying test requisitions against nursing station logs and addressing discrepancies with facility personnel.

Safe Transportation:

Maintain personal safety and proper specimen handling during transport; track mileage as per management guidelines.

Specimen Collection:

Perform venipunctures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Specimen Integrity:

Follow aseptic techniques, department protocols, and isolation procedures to maintain specimen quality.

Tracking & Documentation:

Accurately document collection details, including initials, date, and time of collection.

Compliance & Safety:

Adhere to legal and industry standards to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.

Data Entry:

Utilize laboratory information systems to input sample acquisition details.

Professionalism:

Uphold company reputation by maintaining a high standard of service and professional conduct. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in infection control and aseptic techniques. Excellent bedside manner and patient interaction skills. Knowledge of laboratory procedures and specimen handling.
