Phlebotomist

Clinical & Laboratory Scope You will operate independently across both patient-facing units and the central processing lab:

Advanced Phlebotomy:

Execute flawless venipunctures across inpatient ward rounds, busy outpatient tracks, and high-acuity emergency environments.

Specimen Processing:

Oversee sample aliquoting, send-out preparation, and strict stabilization protocols.

Laboratory Autonomy:

Independently test, evaluate, document, and report patient diagnostic testing and Quality Control (QC) data.

System Safeguards:

Maintain 100% accuracy in positive patient and sample identification prior to any collection, testing, or aliquoting. Securely safeguard all electronic and paper patient health information (PHI). What You Bring to the

Lab Experience:

Minimum of three (3) full years of recent, active Phlebotomy/Medical Technician experience in a hospital or high-volume acute care setting.

Certifications:

Current AHA BLS and

AHA ACLS

certifications are absolute, non-negotiable requirements.

Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
