In this multifaceted role, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, providing exceptional patient service while supporting clinical operations. Your expertise will help ensure smooth patient intake, accurate documentation, and efficient clinical procedures. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and registration processes using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Collect patient vital signs, medical histories, and current medications accurately to support clinical assessments Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit Perform phlebotomy procedures including blood draws with precision and adherence to safety protocols Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as taking X-rays, administering medications, or supporting emergency medicine protocols when needed Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and documentation to optimize clinic efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, ensuring compliance with infection control standards Requirements Proven experience in a healthcare setting such as outpatient clinics, hospital medicine units, or emergency departments; experience in Level I or Level II trauma centers is highly valued Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases), and medication administration procedures Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Hands-on experience with EHR systems for accurate data entry and record keeping Ability to perform phlebotomy with skill and confidence across diverse patient populations including geriatrics and pediatric intensive care units (PICU) Strong communication skills to deliver excellent patient service and collaborate effectively with medical teams Familiarity with hospital environments such as inpatient units, outpatient clinics, surgical or OR settings, and Level I trauma centers is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in high-pressure situations typical of urgent care or emergency medicine settings Phlebotomy experience required Arabic speaking required This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in healthcare while making a positive impact on patient outcomes.
