  • Why This Role Matters
  • As a Phlebotomist, you represent the face of the organization to patients during important moments in their healthcare journey. Your expertise, professionalism, and ability to create a calm, trusting environment directly contribute to accurate diagnostics, patient satisfaction, and overall care quality—especially in a role that supports multiple locations.
  • What You'll Do
  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
  • Accurately collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
  • Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure proper specimen identification
  • Maintain required records and documentation in compliance with established procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service while creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
  • Travel to and support multiple patient service centers or in‑office locations as needed, often with minimal notice
  • Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collections following established practices
  • Promote a positive image with patients, clients, coworkers, and the public
  • What We're Looking For
  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Prior experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred; phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced setting
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime as needed
