You will be responsible for pre-screening for genetic testing, drawing blood from patients, preparing blood and toxicology specimens for medical testing, and ensuring accurate documentation of all procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and compassionate demeanor, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Interviews to be held in

Mon, Tue, Thur:
8am-4pm,
Wed, Fri:
8am-12pm Responsibilities ( including but not limited to ): Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood specimens from patients. Label and prepare blood and toxicology specimens for laboratory testing in accordance with established protocols. Verify patient information and maintain accurate records of procedures performed. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the blood/tox collection process. Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sterile work environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate specimen collection and processing. Pre-screen patients, collect and process genetic testing samples
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program AND/OR at least 2 years of work experience in blood drawing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in specimen labeling and documentation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Familiarity with medical terminology and basic laboratory procedures. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
Preferred Qualifications:
