Pride Health is hiring aTravel Phlebotomistto support our client's medical facility inNiles, MI.This is a3+ monthcontract with the possibility of a contract hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Main ResponsibilitiesDraw blood samples from patients safely and accuratelyPrepare specimens for laboratory testingVerify patient information and label specimens correctlyMaintain patient records and documentationFollow safety, confidentiality, and company proceduresProvide professional and friendly customer serviceWork in clinics, doctor's offices, or patient service centersHandle both clinical and forensic specimen collectionSupport a clean and safe work environmentRequired Skills & Experience2â3 years of phlebotomy experienceStrong blood draw skills (including pediatric and geriatric patients)Work RequirementsFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shiftsMust be reliable, punctual, and attend all scheduled shiftsMust have reliable personal transportationMay need to work at multiple locations with short noticeMorning shift support required: approximately 5 AM â 10 AMAlternating weekends requiredPride Global offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
