Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility to work between 7:30am-5:30pm Why This Role Matters This position plays a vital role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results by ensuring high-quality specimen collection and exceptional patient care. You'll help create a positive patient experience while supporting critical healthcare decisions. What You'll Do Perform blood collections including venipuncture and capillary draws on patients of all ages Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing Verify patient identity and demographic information and ensure proper documentation Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment Provide excellent customer service while explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort Travel to multiple sites and support various Patient Service Centers or physician offices as needed Follow all established procedures, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric and geriatric) Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, TB test required; COVID and Flu strongly recommended) What's In it For You Competitive pay with consistent weekday scheduling Opportunity to work across multiple sites and expand your experience Exposure to diverse patient populations and clinical environments Gain valuable experience in a respected healthcare setting Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
