10:00am-6:00pm Why This Role Matters You play a vital role in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic results. Through your skill, professionalism, and attention to detail, you help create a positive patient experience while supporting high-quality healthcare outcomes. What You'll Do Perform blood collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures Verify patient information and obtain required signatures to ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procedures Provide exceptional patient care while fostering a safe, professional, and welcoming environment Support clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing as needed Uphold organizational standards for quality, confidentiality, and safety What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed Keyboarding and data entry experience Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Opportunity to build your career in a respected healthcare environment Hands-on patient interaction with meaningful daily impact Exposure to diverse clinical settings and patient populations Supportive team environment focused on excellence and growth Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
