Job Description
Position Summary We are hiring a part-time Phlebotomist for our growing lab testing business. This is not a traditional lab-only role. At Any Lab Test Now, we operate as a retail lab testing facility, meaning our team members do more than draw blood. You will play a key role in educating customers on our services, confidently communicating the value of our testing, and helping customers choose from our offerings based on their needs and interests. You will be the face of our business by providing a smooth, professional experience while balancing clinical responsibilities and customer interaction. Responsibilities Perform blood draws with precision and care Conduct a variety of drug screenings , including DOT and non-DOT collections. Collect samples for DNA tests Educate customers on testing options while clearly explaining pricing and processes, and confidently promote the value of our services Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all clients Ensure accuracy in all specimen handling and documentation, including labeling, processing specimens, and completing all required forms with strong attention to detail Process payments and issue invoices accurately and efficiently Perform reception duties including scheduling appointments, assisting walk-in clients, answering phone calls, and handling sensitive information and test results in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines Organize and track inventory, maintain records, and ensure ordering of supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant facility Demonstrate a willingness to learn by staying up to date with new services, testing updates, and internal procedures Qualifications Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience or 100+ successful documented blood draws Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service Sales or retail experience is highly preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and contribute to overall clinic operations DOT Drug Testing Certification or willingness to obtain (DOT certification training provided) Basic computer skills (email, data entry; QuickBooks is a plus)
