Job Description

Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm) Why This Role Matters This position is key to ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic results through high‑quality specimen collection and exceptional care. You'll help create a supportive environment where patients feel confident and respected during every step of their visit. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients Prepare and process specimens following established procedures Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate labeling with patient confirmation Maintain required documentation and records with a high level of accuracy Provide clear communication and compassionate care to patients Uphold safety, confidentiality, and quality standards Travel between locations and support coverage needs as required What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between sites Experience with data entry and basic computer skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In it For You Opportunity for long-term placement and career growth Consistent weekday schedule with extended weekends Exposure to multiple clinical environments Build valuable healthcare and patient service experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
