6:00am-6:00pm Why This Role Matters As a float phlebotomist, you play a critical role in ensuring seamless patient care across multiple locations. Your adaptability, experience, and commitment to quality help maintain reliable diagnostic processes while delivering a consistent and positive patient experience. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients Travel between multiple sites to provide coverage and support staffing needs Prepare, label, and process specimens following established procedures Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate labeling with patient confirmation Maintain detailed documentation and required records Deliver clear, compassionate communication while building patient trust Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and quality standards What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proven adaptability and flexibility to support multiple locations Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and clean driving record Basic computer and data entry proficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In it For You Opportunity for long-term placement and potential full-time hire Exposure to diverse clinical environments and patient populations Consistent schedule with opportunity for additional hours Build advanced phlebotomy and patient care experience Supportive and collaborative work environment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
