Schedule:
7:30am-4:30pm Why This Role Matters This role is essential in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic results through precise specimen collection and exceptional service. You will play a key part in building trust with patients while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients Prepare, label, and process specimens following established procedures Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate labeling with patient confirmation Maintain detailed and accurate records and documentation Deliver compassionate, professional patient interactions while explaining procedures Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and quality guidelines Travel to multiple locations and provide coverage as needed What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Opportunity for long-term placement and potential full-time hire Consistent weekday schedule Exposure to a variety of clinical settings Build valuable patient care and healthcare experience Supportive and collaborative work environment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
