Shift:

10:00am-6:30pm M-F 2+ years of phlebotomy experience doing blood draws on geriatrics and hard stick experience. Pediatrics preferred Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Position Responsibilities:

Phlebotomy technician with experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc. Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collections as required. Demonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles. Fully understand all of the physicians' orders. Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes.

Qualifications:

2+ years of phlebotomy experience doing blood draws on geriatrics and hard stick experience. Pediatrics preferred Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English) High School Diploma or GED Must pass a color vision test Apply for immediate consideration.
