Phlebotomy Technician Instructor

WHAT YOULL DO

Instruction & Evaluation:

Prepare a comprehensive course syllabus and deliver engaging, hands-on instruction. Develop and use a fair method to measure student progress toward course objectives, providing prompt feedback.

Student Support:

Demonstrate sensitivity to student needs, offering tutoring and academic counseling as needed to ensure maximum learning.

Classroom Management:

Monitor classroom operations, including student attendance (absenteeism and tardiness), discipline, and general academic behavior.

Compliance:

Follow all approved school policies and procedures in the conduct of instructional activities.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Experience:

A minimum of three years of experience in the field of Phlebotomy.

Certification:

Current National Certification in Phlebotomy Technician or Medical Assisting.

Teaching Credential:

A Teaching Certification is required.

Skills:

Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bonus:

Proficiency in Bilingual Spanish or Creole is a plus, but not required.

WHAT WE OFFER

Compensation:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
