We are looking for a skilled Phlebotomist floater. The role involves drawing blood from patients for medical tests, donations, or research, ensuring proper specimen handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform venepunctures and skin punctures. Label and handle blood samples accurately. Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols. Ensure patient comfort and verify information. Required Education 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2.
Medical training:
medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. 3. Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Work Experience 1. Five years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. 2. Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred. 3. Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred. 4. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Pay:
$23.35 - $25.74 per hour
