Qualifications Proven experience in laboratory procedures, techniques, or clinical laboratory settings. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and blood sampling methods including venipuncture. Demonstrated ability to perform phlebotomy with precision and aseptic technique. Prior hospital or healthcare environment experience preferred. Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
