In this energetic position, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples and other specimens with precision and compassion, ensuring accurate processing and documentation. Your expertise will support clinical trials, diagnostic testing, and patient monitoring, contributing to groundbreaking healthcare solutions. Duties Perform venipuncture and blood sampling using aseptic technique to ensure specimen integrity Collect, process, label, and document biological specimens accurately according to protocol Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to assess patient status Maintain strict adherence to laboratory procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality and compliance Provide compassionate patient care by explaining procedures, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort during specimen collection Record detailed medical terminology and physiology observations relevant to sample collection and patient condition Support laboratory technicians by preparing specimens for analysis and assisting with specimen processing tasks Qualifications Proven laboratory experience with knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures Hands-on experience in clinical laboratory settings or hospital environments preferred Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and aseptic techniques Certified or trained in phlebotomy with demonstrated venipuncture skills (blood sampling) Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically Knowledge of vital signs measurement and basic anatomy concepts necessary for accurate specimen collection Ability to follow detailed protocols precisely while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Join us in making a difference through precise specimen collection, compassionate patient interactions, and dedicated teamwork.
