Job Description

Diagnostics On The Go (DIAGGO) is a mobile phlebotomy company that does mobile blood draws. This position will cover Islip NY , and the surrounding cities within 40 miles. Must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel. Mobile phlebotomists collect patient blood donations and samples. They prepare blood collection equipment, including needles, tubing, and collection bags. They then find patients' veins, clean and sanitize the skin, and extract the required amount of blood. You will need to purchase your own supplies. This role is for a mobile phlebotomist who will travel to specific locations (home health, individual homes, workplaces, assisted living facilities) to draw blood and then you will deliver the sample to the directed laboratory or drop off at UPS/FedEx. You will cover Islip NY and a 40-mile radius. You will need your own supplies to which you will have access to purchasing once you are onboarded with us. Contract, On-Call www.diaggo.com

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Application Question(s): For the mobile draw portion of this position, You will need your own supplies (tubes are provided). You may use supplies you may already have (with manager approval). If you need to order supplies, you will have access to purchasing them at a discounted rate once onboarded with DIAGGO. Please reply if you are willing to use and purchase your own supplies. What city do you currently live in? You must currently live in the Islip area or a 10 mile radius. At this time, most of our current needs are for IOP (In-Office Phlebotomy) and PSC (Patient Service Center) office coverage, which typically requires daytime availability during normal business hours. These coverage opportunities tend to come up sporadically and often on short notice. We do occasionally have mobile blood draw appointments, but they are less frequent compared to office coverage needs. Please confirm your availability?
