Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$20-$21 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Bilingual Medical Assistant to support patient care in a busy healthcare setting in Middletown, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, multitasking in a clinical environment, and supporting both administrative and clinical workflows. The right candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering excellent patient service.
Bilingual Medical Assistant Responsibilities:
Perform phlebotomy procedures and assist with basic clinical tasks Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience Prepare exam rooms and support providers during patient visits Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Schedule appointments and assist with front desk responsibilities Communicate clearly with patients and staff in both English and Spanish Follow all safety, privacy, and healthcare compliance protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting preferred Phlebotomy experience required Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required Why Join This Opportunity?
