Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Phlebotomist/Front Desk professional, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring smooth clinic operations. This energetic position combines the essential skills of specimen collection and processing with front desk responsibilities, creating a seamless experience for patients and staff alike. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and compassionate approach will help us maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient service. Duties Perform venipuncture and blood sampling using proper aseptic techniques to ensure accurate laboratory results Collect, label, and process specimens efficiently following established laboratory procedures and safety protocols Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to support patient assessments Provide outstanding patient service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and guiding them through check-in procedures Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical terminology standards Assist with laboratory techniques and procedures to support clinical laboratory operations Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and handling administrative tasks with professionalism Requirements Proven experience in laboratory procedures, techniques, and specimen collection, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and aseptic technique to ensure safe and effective patient interactions Hands-on experience with venipuncture, blood sampling, and vital signs measurement Strong communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service excellence Ability to follow detailed laboratory protocols and maintain meticulous records Previous hospital or healthcare environment experience is highly desirable Certification in phlebotomy or related laboratory techniques is preferred but not mandatory

From $60,000.00 per year
