Full-Time Suffolk Primary Health is seeking an experienced and dependable Phlebotomist to join our growing clinical team for an early morning shift position. We are looking for someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient medical environment. The ideal candidate should have strong phlebotomy skills, experience handling and processing specimens correctly, and the ability to provide excellent patient care to a diverse patient population. Spanish-speaking candidates are required for this position. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and blood draws accurately and efficiently Properly label, handle, and prepare laboratory specimens and vials Ensure all specimens are processed and documented correctly Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment Assist with patient intake and basic clinical support when needed Work collaboratively with providers, medical assistants, and front desk staff Accurately document patient information within the EMR system Requirements Previous phlebotomy experience required Strong experience with blood draws and specimen collection Knowledge of laboratory vials, specimen handling, and processing procedures Spanish-speaking required Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is strongly preferred Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours consistently Suffolk Primary Health is continuing to grow throughout Long Island and is looking for team members who are passionate about patient care and want to grow with an expanding organization.

Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
