Job Description
Phlebotomist - OnePeak Medical Grow gracefully by changing lives—not just seeing patients. We're seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Phlebotomist to play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. Position Summary The Phlebotomist supports our clinical team by performing blood draws, administering injections, assisting with IVs, and ensuring accurate lab processing. This role requires strong technical skills, patient‑centered communication, and flexibility in a fast‑paced clinic environment. Key Responsibilities Perform lab and therapeutic phlebotomy draws Ensure accurate electronic lab orders and specimen labeling Administer injections and assist with IVs as trained Cross‑train to support medical assisting and front desk functions Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Maintain HIPAA compliance and follow clinic policies Participate in team meetings and support clinic operations as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum 6 months recent phlebotomy experience or formal training (required) Current BLS and/or CPR/AED certification (required) CPT certification and IV certification (preferred; IV within 6 months of hire) Associate degree in a medical field (strongly preferred) Skills & Attributes Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Excellent time management and attention to detail Professional, adaptable, and solutions‑focused Commitment to OnePeak values: Teamwork, Respect, Informed, Balance, Excellence Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Up‑to‑date immunizations and health screenings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may require travel between clinics) Join OnePeak Medical and be part of a team transforming primary care through compassion, innovation, and whole‑person wellness.
Pay:
$17.18 - $20.22 per hourBenefits:
