We are in our pre-enrollment phase and building our qualified instructor team now so we can launch quickly and confidently.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking experienced, credentialed instructors to join our founding instructor pool. This is an ideal opportunity for a working healthcare professional looking for a flexible, meaningful side role — teaching the next generation of allied health workers. Because we are a new school currently enrolling our first cohort, class assignments will begin once enrollment thresholds are met. We are transparent about this timeline and value instructors who are excited to grow with us from the ground up.
SCHEDULE
Online evening classes (synchronous via Zoom/LMS) — weekday evenings, typically 6:00-9:00 PM On-site weekend labs — Saturday or Sunday mornings, typically 10:00 AM-4:00 PM Pre-launch responsibilities: curriculum review, materials input, GNPEC compliance prep
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver engaging online lectures and demonstrations for Phlebotomy coursework Supervise and guide students through hands-on lab skills on-site Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and progress records per GNPEC standards Support students in preparing for NHA certification exams (CPT) Communicate proactively with program administration
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Current certification in Phlebotomy (CPT) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in phlebotomy Eligible to teach in Georgia under GNPEC instructor standards Comfortable with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom)
Preferred:
Prior teaching or clinical training/preceptor experience NHA certification or familiarity with NHA exam content Associate degree or higher in a health-related field
COMPENSATION
$24-$29/hour (based on credentials and experience) Paid prep/onboarding hours during pre-launch phase Opportunity to grow into a lead instructor or program director role as the school expands
