1 days ago Job Description Join Our Team at Urology Specialists - Now Hiring a Full-Time Phlebotomy Technician or MLT Are you detail-oriented, team-focused, and looking to grow in a fast-paced clinical environment? We're excited to offer a great opportunity to join our team at Urology Specialists ! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on patient care while also supporting a collaborative medical team. You'll play an important part in delivering quality care and helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.

What You'll Do:

Perform blood draws and collect urine samples Conduct urinalysis (UA) testing and semen analysis Support laboratory functions in a moderate-complexity clinic lab Assist with administrative duties as assigned Help support other areas of the clinic as needed

Schedule & Benefits:

Full-time, Monday through Friday (shifts between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call hours Half day off each week Early Fridays ending at 4:00 PM Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, PTO, paid holidays and extended sick leave. Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Phlebotomy or clinical lab experience preferred Completion of an MLT program or equivalent (2-year program) is a plus Must be authorized to work in the

United States Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including blood draws Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Medical Lab Technician/Lab Supervisor and the Director of Nursing/Clinical Operations. Why Join Us?
