Phlebotomist

Actalent Services is looking for a phlebotomist for a patient service center in Irving, TX!

Job description:

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages Prepare and reassure patients by explaining collection procedures Verify patient identity and test orders per policy and regulations Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing Ensure proper specimen handling and maintain sample integrity Maintain a clean, safe work area following safety and infection control standards Accurately enter patient and test information into laboratory systems Provide excellent customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay/benefits:

$20/hour Health, dental, vision 401k

Qualifications:

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
