Responsibilities Perform patient intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and documenting symptoms accurately Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature with precision Collect blood samples and other specimens using proper phlebotomy techniques while ensuring patient comfort and safety Assist with clinical procedures, including medication administration and basic wound care when appropriate perform ekgs. administer vaccines for children. Support physician by preparing examination rooms, sterilizing equipment, and managing medical supplies Be proficient in using the (EHR) system Eclinicals. Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring a welcoming environment Requirements Certification or training as a Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist with demonstrated experience in medical office MUST know the EHR system (Eclinicalworks) Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medication administration techniques, and basic life support (BLS) certification Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatric patients Prior experience in clinic environments demonstrating adaptability and professionalism.
