ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and capillary blood collection with precision and compassionEnsure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout the processProperly label, process, and prepare specimens for transportMaintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelinesEnsure accuracy in patient identification and documentationSupport clinical team with patient flow and additional tasks as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of lab and clinical areasMonitor inventory and proactively restock suppliesQualificationsMinimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferredPhlebotomy certification preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfort working within EMR systems and basic technology platformsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-centered environmentWhat Were Looking ForWere looking for someone who naturally aligns with our values:
