Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting clinical operations. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth laboratory workflows and provide a welcoming environment for patients. Duties Perform venipuncture and blood sampling using proper aseptic techniques to ensure specimen integrity Collect, process, and label laboratory specimens accurately following established protocols Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration for patient assessments Assist healthcare providers with patient care activities, including preparing patients for examinations and procedures Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment by adhering to infection control standards and laboratory procedures Document patient information, laboratory results, and procedural details precisely in medical records Support laboratory operations through specimen processing, inventory management, and equipment maintenance You will also be trained in performing Exercise Stress test and Heart Monitors Skills Extensive knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and safety standards Proven experience in clinical laboratories or hospital settings with hands-on phlebotomy expertise Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and blood sampling techniques Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately Proficiency in venipuncture (blood draws), specimen collection, and processing methods Ability to take accurate vital signs and perform basic patient assessments Familiarity with aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during specimen collection and handling Join us in providing top-tier healthcare support by combining technical expertise with genuine patient care. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
