                • Current Phlebotomy Certification preferred
                • Strong venipuncture and specimen collection skills
                • Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
                • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Responsibilities
                • Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques
                • Properly label, process, and transport specimens
                • Maintain accurate patient and specimen documentation
                • Follow infection control and safety protocols
                • Collaborate with nursing and laboratory staff to ensure timely specimen collection
