Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional individual to join our team in a part-time office support role. This position is primarily administrative, with a strong preference for candidates who are also phlebotomy-trained or willing to assist in a clinical setting. This is a dual-role position supporting both office/mail services and lab/testing services . Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities (Administrative - Main Role) Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet and assist clients in a professional manner Process incoming and outgoing mail (virtual mailbox services) Scan, file, and organize documents Assist with scheduling appointments Maintain office organization and cleanliness Handle confidential and sensitive information Support daily office operations Secondary Responsibilities (Phlebotomy / Lab Support - Preferred) Perform specimen collection (blood draws and/or sample collection) Label and prepare specimens accurately Maintain cleanliness of lab/testing area Follow proper safety and compliance procedures Assist with patient intake and documentation Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Administrative or receptionist experience preferred Phlebotomy certification strongly preferred Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills Basic computer skills (email, scanning, scheduling, data entry) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Join us in delivering exceptional services through a combination of administrative excellence and clinical expertise!
