WA state phlebotomy license

40 hrs Pay rate: $26.35 - $32.40/hr
Benefits:
Negotiable Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
Medical training:
medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Experience Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service in a preferred retail or service environment. Keyboard/data entry experience.
Pay:
