Job Description
As a lab assistant at Amery Hospital & Clinic, you are responsible for collecting various sample types (with phlebotomy as the primary mode of collection), processing patient orders for testing, following laboratory procedures for specimen handling and providing collection instructions to patients for urinalysis, stool, and other sample types. At the core of what they do, laboratory assistants must exhibit a high level of trust in their abilities to put the patient at ease and provide a safe, warm and pleasant experience for our patients.

Hours vary and are dependent on department need.Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years detailed work environment with proven organizational skills, high level of computer knowledge. Phlebotomy experience neededPreferred Qualifications:
