Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable performing both clinical and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy and care Prepare and process lab samples Assist providers with exams and procedures (including aesthetic and wellness treatments) Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical history Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience Provide excellent patient education and customer service Assist with inventory and supply management Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant and/or Phlebotomy certification preferred Previous experience in a clinical or med spa setting is a plus Strong venipuncture skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment EMR experience preferred What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunities for growth and training in aesthetics and wellness services Employee discounts on treatments and products Supportive, team-oriented work environment
