Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday-Friday 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Tuesdays 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Why This Role Matters This role is essential in delivering accurate diagnostic results and ensuring patients feel comfortable and confident during their visit. Your work directly supports high-quality healthcare outcomes and a positive patient experience. What You'll Do Collect blood specimens using venipuncture and capillary techniques, including pediatric and geriatric draws Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling and documentation of specimens Prepare and process specimens according to established protocols Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Provide excellent customer service and build trust with patients Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed Manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume setting What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections Strong specimen collection and handling skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility for occasional schedule changes, including weekends, holidays, or overtime as needed Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations if required Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In it For You Opportunity for long-term employment through contingent-to-hire pathway Gain experience across diverse patient care settings Build both clinical and customer service expertise Work within a supportive, patient-focused environment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
