Job Description

In this role, you'll be on the front lines of patient interaction—providing compassionate service, collecting high‑quality specimens, and supporting critical diagnostic testing that helps guide life‑changing medical decisions.

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with Saturday rotation

  • This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate diagnostic testing and a positive patient experience. As a key point of contact, you'll help patients feel comfortable and confident while contributing to high-quality healthcare outcomes.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and pediatric/geriatric techniques + Verify patient identity and ensure accurate labeling and documentation + Prepare specimens for transport and testing following established protocols + Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment + Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for patients + Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as required + Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting with accuracy and efficiency •What We're Looking For•+ A current, up-to-date resume + High school diploma or equivalent required + 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections + Strong phlebotomy and specimen handling skills + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Excellent communication and customer service skills + Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel to multiple locations as needed + Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) + Proficiency with data entry and basic computer skills + Ability to meet compliance requirements •What's In it For You•+ Opportunity to work in a patient-focused, mission-driven environment + Build and expand your clinical and customer service skills + Gain experience across multiple care settings + Be part of a collaborative and supportive team •Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)•Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k)ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
