Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paramedical Examiner to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will perform comprehensive medical assessments, specimen collection, and laboratory procedures to support insurance underwriting, disability evaluations, and blood collection for clinical trials. Your expertise will help ensure accurate health data collection and contribute to informed decision-making processes. This position offers an engaging opportunity to apply your clinical skills in a fast-paced environment while making a meaningful impact on individuals' health assessments. Travel and get paid, make your own schedule and work independently. Duties Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical assessments of clients, including vital signs and health history reviews Collect and process biological specimens such as blood, urine, and other samples using proper laboratory techniques Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy with precision, adhering to aseptic techniques to ensure specimen integrity Manage laboratory procedures, including specimen labeling, storage, and documentation in compliance with safety standards Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical data Assist with specialized procedures such as spinal taps or cardiac catheterization when required Maintain strict laboratory management protocols to ensure quality control and safety standards are met at all times Experience Prior clinical laboratory experience or research laboratory background demonstrating proficiency in specimen collection and processing Hands-on experience with laboratory management systems and laboratory techniques Knowledge of hospital or healthcare environment operations is highly desirable Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent is preferred Familiarity with veterinary or pediatric terminology can be advantageous for diverse assessment scenarios Experience performing venipuncture, spinal taps, or catheterization procedures is a plus Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to accurately document findings and communicate results Strong Phlebotomy Skills CNA/MA/RN/Phlebotomy techs are welcome to apply.
