WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
Most PT jobs ask you to see as many patients as possible, document between sessions, and squeeze genuine care into whatever time is left. You end up burned out, behind on notes, and wondering why you went to school for this. At Progressive PT, we flipped that model. You get full hour, one-on-one sessions with every patient. AI scribing handles your documentation so you stay present in the room. You own your schedule — and we mean that. Whether you need flexibility for a ski trip or a summer expedition, we work around the life you've built here. This is boutique physical therapy. And it's how we think PT was always meant to be practiced. Our K Street clinic has a 30-day minimum waitlist. You're not starting from zero — the demand is already there. What matters to us is what you do with it: the relationships you build and the outcomes you drive.WHAT WE OFFER
- Full hour, one-on-one sessions with every patient — no aides, no double-booking, no shortcuts
- AI scribing so documentation is handled and you leave when your last patient does. A flexible schedule that's yours to own — PTO included, Alaska adventures encouraged
- Typically 7-8 patients per day; see more if you want — your call-Compensation for community outreach and support for social media presence
COMPENSATION
You earn 44% of all collections from your visits — after a 6-month mentorship period that starts at 42%. With a full waitlist feeding your schedule, that's a compensation model that rewards exactly what we care about most: invested, high-quality care. An additional 2% of your collections goes toward your continuing education budget — flexible enough to cover courses, travel, coaching, or certifications. Use it for whatever keeps you growing as a clinician.THE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Whether you're a new grad or an experienced clinician, our 6-month mentorship program sets you up to thrive in a boutique model that's genuinely different from anything most PTs have experienced. You'll start at 42% of collections and move to 44% on completion — because we invest in the people who join us and want you set up to do the best work of your career here.WHERE YOU'LL WORK
Our downtown clinic sits in the same building as Fire Island Rustic Bakeshop and K Street Market — one of the most beloved community spots in Anchorage. It's a place patients are genuinely happy to come back to, in a neighborhood that reflects the kind of care we deliver: warm, intentional, and a little different from everywhere else. It's also why our waitlist stays full. When great care meets a great location, word travels fast.WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
Our three core values aren't wall art — they're how we actually show up every day:Empathy:
for our patients and for each otherEmpowerment:
helping every patient reach their next level
Excellence:
always improving, never coasting We keep it fun and light while holding ourselves to a high standard of care. If you've been waiting for a team that takes culture as seriously as clinical outcomes, this is it.WHO THRIVES HERE
- You want to practice at the top of your license — real treatment, real relationships, outcomes you can be proud of
- You're invested in your patients beyond the session — their progress matters to you personally
- You want a schedule that bends around your life, not the other way around
- You're excited by a compensation model that rewards the quality of your care directly
- You want CE dollars you can actually use on things that make you a better clinician
- You show up for your team the same way you show up for your patients This probably isn't for you if:
- You're looking for a high-volume clinic where patient outcomes are someone else's problem
- You'd rather coast on a fixed salary than earn based on the care you deliver
- You prefer rigid structure over the autonomy to shape your own day
