Full-time, flexible (4x10s or 5x8s), weekends/on-call/holidays as needed

Pay:

$44.09-$70.54/hour based on experience + $20,000 retention bonus, $7,500 relocation assistance, and temporary housing available! Full benefits included. This Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following duties: Evaluate patient functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapy plans and adjust based on patient progress Establish measurable goals and coordinate discharge planning Educate patients, families, and care teams on treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff as appropriate Participate in departmental operations and quality improvement initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA or equivalent) Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in Alaska BLS certification required Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills Acute care experience preferred (not required for new grads)
