Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical injuries or disabilities. The PT will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans to restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Utilize various therapeutic techniques to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and range of motion Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care activities Monitor and document patients' progress throughout treatment Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care Stay current on advances in physical therapy practices and techniques

Qualifications and Skills:
