Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting. This opportunity is ideal for experienced clinicians as well as new graduates looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive outpatient environment.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12-14 patients Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 patient visits per week Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients on exercises, recovery goals, and treatment plans Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care Manage follow-up visits in a high-volume outpatient setting, including expected double-booking workflows Maintain compliance with healthcare, safety, and documentation standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
