This position offers the opportunity to work in a positive, collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional individualized care while building meaningful relationships within the community. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their goals through evidence-based treatment and personalized care. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies Document patient progress accurately and efficiently in EMR Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care Progress treatment plans appropriately based on patient response and goals Maintain compliance with insurance and documentation standards Contribute to a positive and encouraging clinic culture Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Alabama Physical Therapist license or eligible for licensure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Passion for serving patients with excellence and compassion New graduates and experienced therapists encouraged to apply Benefits Flexible scheduling options available 32, 36, and 40-hour full-time schedule options Four-day work week opportunities available Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive compensation based on experience
