Physical Therapist, PT $8,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Hires! Forest Manor Health & Rehab Center Northport, AL 35476 Join Our Team! Forest Manor Health & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. We currently have opportunities available for both Full-Time and Per Diem (PRN) positions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping residents regain mobility, improve functional independence, and achieve their highest level of physical well-being. Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and progress. Qualifications Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Alabama. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings preferred, but not required.
