Strong assessment andevaluation skills Knowledge of treatmenttechniques for various physical impairments Ability to develop andimplement individualized treatment plans Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills Team-oriented mindset withthe ability to collaborate effectively Arkansas license (Compact Allowed)
