What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments or limitations Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support overall recovery goals Document therapy sessions and track resident progress Educate residents and caregivers on safe movement techniques and home exercise programs
