NEW IN-HOUSE OPPORTUNITY - PHYSICAL THERAPIST

(PT) FULL TIME or PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house therapy team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional rehabilitative care in a collaborative and resident-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and physician teams to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress

Qualifications:

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Arkansas Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Join a team dedicated to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life at The Springs of Pinnacle Mountain.
