Job Description

PYG Therapy is growing and seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to provide pediatric home-based therapy services across Arizona. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping children improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life in the environments where they learn and grow. Whether you're an experienced pediatric PT or interested in transitioning into home health, our team provides the flexibility, support, and resources needed to help you build a successful and rewarding career. Compensation Earn between $84-$118 per hour Pay rates vary based on location, experience, and employment status W-2 and 1099 opportunities available Full-time, part-time, and contract positions offered Why Work With PYG Therapy? What You'll Enjoy Flexible scheduling options designed around your availability Ongoing assistance with patient placement and caseload growth Supportive leadership team that values open communication Realistic productivity expectations Collaborative environment with experienced therapy professionals The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families Role Responsibilities As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will: Provide individualized physical therapy services in the home environment Evaluate patient needs and establish treatment goals that support functional development Design and implement personalized plans of care Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and ongoing recommendations Educate parents and caregivers on exercises, activities, and strategies to support progress between visits Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care Communicate patient updates, progress, and treatment recommendations to appropriate stakeholders Foster strong therapeutic relationships with children and their caregivers Flexible Scheduling Options We believe clinicians should have flexibility in how they structure their schedules.
Available options include:
W-2 employment Independent contractor (1099) opportunities Custom caseloads ranging from approximately 8-25 visits per week Opportunities available throughout Arizona Benefits for Full-Time W-2 Employees Eligible employees may receive: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional License Reimbursement Annual Continuing Education Reimbursement ($250) Annual Therapy Materials/Equipment Reimbursement ($100) Referral Bonus Program Required Qualifications Applicants must possess: Active Arizona Physical Therapist license (PT or DPT) Current CPR certification

Article 9 certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with pediatric populations Home health experience Therapists who are new to pediatrics or home health are encouraged to apply.
