About Mountain View Pain Center:
Mountain View Pain Center is a comprehensive pain management and rehabilitation practice committed to treating the whole patient with compassion, innovation, and teamwork. We blend chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, and acupuncture to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address pain at its source. Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to address pain and improve mobility. Responsibilities include guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in PT and state licensure in Colorado / Arizona Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Commitment to holistic care Effective communication and interpersonal skills Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor is a plus Ability to successfully pass a TB Test (AZ only)
Salary Range:
$83,000.00 - $105,000.00
Work Location:
Glendale/Westgate Clinic, 100% onsite, in person
Hours:
Monday-Thursday:
8:00AM to 12:00PM, 2:00PM to 6:00
PM Fridays:
8:00AM - 1:00
